Kuba Jewgieniew is the CEO And Founder of Realty ONE Group, one of the fastest growing franchisors in the industry. The product of Polish-born parents who raised him to be curious, driven and passionate, Kuba wasn’t satisfied with a lucrative career as a financial planner and portfolio manager or as a successful real estate agent, closing $30 million in sales in his first year. Realty ONE Group First has been created by and is lead and mentored by Patrick A. Curtis, a real estate veteran with 35 years to date living in Long Island, all of them involved in the Real Estate industry.  Patrick is unique among Long Island Real Estate Brokers as he has successfully created and managed real estate activities including Real Estate Development and Construction, Mortgage Banking, Title Agency Services, Permits and Expediting, Property Management and of course Real Estate Brokerage of Sales and Leasing, both Residential and Commercial.

Prior to his Long Island real estate activities Patrick built two ultra-successful international businesses where he rose to the top among his peers. He flew literally millions of miles in this time and these days prefers to stay home. Patrick is a graduate of several Universities with a master’s degree from Durham University Business School (DUBS), served in the U.K.’s Royal Marines and has a Commercial Pilot License. Married with 2 grown daughters and 1 granddaughter.

Making the CHANGE

The transition process can seem overwhelming and a lot of work. Don’t worry, we have tons of experience and will make sure the transition is smooth and painless.

This is easy

Step 1

Agent must ask their existing broker for a release. If the agent has existing deals not yet closed, he/she may want to make sure they will still be compensated for these deals.

Step 2

Broker releases agent and updates Eaccess so agent is “floating”.

Step 3

Agent logs into Eaccess and applies to join Realty ONE Group First.

Step 4

New broker logs into Eaccess and accepts new agent.

Step 5

Pay the NYS change of license fee.
Z

Step 6

Complete all broker paperwork, ICA, warranties, tax forms, etc. with Realty ONE Group First.

Step 7

Admin notifies MLS of the agent change. MLS will confirm with Eaccess and update.
